I caught an interview between Evan Kleiman and Roy Choi on KCRW's Good Food. Fantastic concept that seems right in front of our face in all kinds of communities a cross the country. Affordable, Healthy, Fast, Food. More importantly, these chefs asked permission and input from community members before they went in. They shaped the space, the art on the walls and the menu.
